Tom HenellMost people face the same two challenges when trying to get in shape, or preparing for a race or triathlon…time and knowledge. What do I do? And, when do I find the time to do it?

We understand that you have obligations. Your training shouldn’t feel like a second job. It should be the part of the day that you look forward to. And, the amount of time that you spend training should not come between you and your family.

This is why we develop training programs for real people. People who want an effective plan to complete their race while having fun.
